Our Approach toward Social Contribution Activities
Each division of the Altemira Group, in the interest of continuing to earn the admiration of local communities and regions as a good corporate citizen, has come up with a slogan as part of its social contribution activities that bring smiles to the faces of everyone.

Details about our Initiatives
Collection of Used Aluminum Cans
Aluminum cans are highly recyclable, eco-friendly containers that can be repurposed again and again. The Altemira Group is striving to realize a sustainable society through its aluminum can recycling efforts alongside community volunteers, local governments, and schools.
The Altemira Group will continue its activities geared toward reducing CO2 emissions with the help of local residents by promoting aluminum can collection programs that the community can easily take part in, such as can collection booths at local festivals and can collection boxes at our offices.

Regional Cleanup Activities
The Altemira Group's offices conduct cleanup activities in their communities, with the hope that beautifying the environment will bring smiles.

In addition to volunteer trash pickup, our office, located in Shizuoka Prefecture's Susono City, takes part in river cleaning activities of the nearby Kano River. These activities are organized by the Kano River Water Quality Conservation Association, which is made up of companies and organizations located in Susono City and Nagaizumi Town. After the cleanup, children from local kindergartens and daycares were invited to release trout into the clean river.

Landscaping at the property line near Shizuoka Prefectural Route 21
We planted flowers along Shizuoka Prefectural Route 21 near MA Aluminum's head office in 2016.
The seasonal flowers add beauty to the sidewalk and we have received positve feedback from locals, such as, "It always looks beautiful," and "It's more fun to walk here."
